Please read in full and confirm before booking. 🐾
🌟 Estimates are provided initially.
🌟 Known health conditions must be disclosed before booking.
🌟 £20 deposit is required at the time of booking, per cat, per booking.
🌟 Bookings are only reserved on receipt of a deposit, at the time of booking. First come, first served basis.
🌟 If the deposit is not received on the day, the booking will then be allocated to another cat without further communication.
⭐Firstly, your cat’s coat and reaction will be assessed. If it isn’t safely possible to groom your cat, the deposit will be used for the assessment time otherwise it will be deducted from the groom. Time has been allocated for the groom which can not usually be re allocated at short notice.
🌟 For health or welfare reasons, if the groom has to be paused for another day or stopped, payment will be due then.
🌟If visiting me, please wait in your car and I’ll come to you, at the front of my house. If waiting, please park up on another road. Lancaster is a lovely place to visit.

🌟Please be prompt arriving and collecting as there may be another groom booked before and directly after yours.
🌟Late arrival / collection may incur a further charge. £5 per 20 minutes.
🌟Drop off and collect only.
✴️ Mobile grooming, in your house is a premium service.
Deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Once your cat has been assessed for grooming, if it is not safe to proceed with the groom, or if your cat or yourself are not at home, the deposit is not refundable and travel time will be charged, plus the full groom cost due. This time cannot be used for another cat.
Please ensure all exits are closed before and during the groom.
🌟Payment is due strictly at the end of the session. Bank transfer preferred.
🌟 It’s your responsibility to ensure your carrier is secure and intact.
🌟 Flea free / treat for fleas a few days before please.
🌟Less than 72 hours cancellation / reschedule notice is deemed late cancellation as it’s often not possible to re use the time reserved for you.
Most bookings are reserved months in advance. It’s a complex system so changes can cause chaos. The deposit is non refundable unless due to illness.
Proof is required for refund.
Vet / doctor prescription, etc. Deposit does not cover loss of earnings for that time. A new deposit will be required, for a new booking which may be unavailable.
